Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading, purchasing, or using Kneadly (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service between you and KN Innovations LLC (the "Company," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kneadly for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to applicable platform usage rules. Core app content is intended to be stored locally on your device.

Payments and Billing

• Paid features may be offered as subscriptions (for example, monthly) depending on what is displayed in-app.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Pricing, taxes, billing timing, and product availability are controlled by the storefront and may change.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (or as otherwise stated by the storefront).
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
• If you cancel, your paid access remains active until the current paid period ends, then does not renew.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Kneadly does not issue direct refunds. Refund requests, if any, must be submitted through Apple or Google and are handled only under their policies.

Your Content

You own the recipes, notes, photos, and journal content you create in the app. You are responsible for backing up your device.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, features, and software, is owned by KN Innovations LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where prohibited by law, or interfere with the app or related services.

Third-Party Services

Kneadly may rely on third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat for purchases and entitlement management. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Warranty Disclaimer

Kneadly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee baking results, timer/notification delivery, uptime, or error-free performance. Baking outcomes vary based on ingredients, equipment, environment, and user technique, and you remain solely responsible for monitoring your baking process and equipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KN Innovations LLC is not responsible for baking failures, missed notifications, app glitches, or any resulting loss, damage, or injury, including overheating, smoke, or fire-related incidents.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KN Innovations LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from or related to Kneadly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the app. You may stop using Kneadly at any time by removing it from your device.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
