  • Purchase and entitlement data: We use Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat to process purchases, verify entitlements, and restore purchases.
  • Support communications: If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect personal information.
  • We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
  • We do not track your activity across third-party apps or websites for advertising.
  • We do not provide a cloud account system for syncing your app content.

How We Use Data

  • To provide app functionality and keep your content on your device.
  • To process and verify paid features, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and purchase restoration.
  • To send local reminders you choose to enable (for example bake/starter reminders).
  • To respond to support requests and improve app stability.

Data Sharing

We share data only when needed to operate the app and related services, including:

  • Apple App Store or Google Play for billing and transaction processing.
  • RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management.
  • Email and support tooling used to handle customer support.
  • Authorities when required by law.

Retention and Deletion

  • Your core app content is stored locally on your device.
  • Deleting the app removes local app content from the device.
  • Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google, and RevenueCat under their own policies.
  • Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations.

Children

Kneadly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

International Processing

If you use Kneadly outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Your Choices

  • You can disable notifications in device settings.
  • You can cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
  • You can contact us to request deletion of support communications and other data we control, subject to legal exceptions.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information we process. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
